Many of the people that find our site feel two things: excitement and sadness. They are excited to finally have an answer for why losing weight had been so hard for so long. They are also saddened that they lost so much time trying to lose weight without having all of the necessary information to succeed. You need to understand emotional eating to stick to a sensible eating plan. It's as simple as that. But if you're just figuring that out, take a moment to be kind yourself. No matter how many diets you've tried. No matter how many pounds you've lost and regained. And no matter how many years you might have spent trying, you really did the best that you could with the information that you had at the time.
