Have you ever thought to yourself, "if I had a private chef it'd be so easy to lose weight"? Who hasn't looked at the lifestyles of the rich and famous and thought about that at least once? If you have, this week's tip is for you.

Having been employed as a private chef I can tell you how it works. The client tells you what they want (or what they need to eat if they're on a restrictive diet) and you make it. End of story. After that, you do your best to use quality ingredients, make it tasty, add a bit of love, and present it with elegance. You can treat yourself to the same decadence that celebrities enjoy on a daily basis by being your own private chef. Follow your own orders. After all you know what you want to be eating. Make it delicious. And pay attention to how it looks on the plate. For times when you go to a restaurant you can pretend that you have an actual private chef. Instead of viewing a dinner out as a time to overindulge, view it as a time to get exactly what you want to be eating in a scrumptious way. Ask for something steamed or broiled, or for the sauce on the side, or get a salad that would feel too overwhelming to make at home. You deserve to be pampered, even when it has to be you that's doing the pampering.
